At Noby, we want you to love your eyewear. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order within 14 days of delivery.
How to Start a Return

Return Shipping
Returns are sent to our Danish return address.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
For your convenience, we can provide a DAO return label. If you choose to use our return label, a fee of 39 DKK will be deducted from your refund amount.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• The item must be unused and in its original condition.
• All original packaging, accessories, and protective materials must be included.
• The item must be free from damage caused by wear, misuse, or improper handling.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Any applicable return shipping fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the issue.
We will work quickly to resolve the issue at no additional cost to you.
